We own a couple of slips here. The marina is so well maintained & clean. Stewart (the dockmaster) is so easy to work with. He is always available & has the information that we need. He keeps the place looking good & is always helpful & friendly. We have yet to meet anyone here that isn't friendly. The location is secure, and we have never had any vandalism or theft. We feel very fortunate to be a part of this community.

Located directly across from Clearwater Beach, the #1 rated beach in the country, this Marina the epitome of boating in the tropics. As the only Dockominium anywhere in the area, Island Yacht Club is a paradise for liveaboards who own a slip or just folks renting for non liveaboard fun in the sun. Be sure to say hello to Stewart the Dockmaster of 30+ years, and the reason for all of the 5 star reviews that are a common occurrence here. I've been a multiple slip owner here for many years and it's been the 'best' investment I have in my portfolio.

I've had my boat here for just around 1 year and I can already tell I'll be keeping this slip for a while. The community here is great, it's a wonderful advantage to be able to talk to all the other great sailors and boat owners here and listen to great stories. It's quiet and calm. The dock master Stewart has gone out of his way for me, to be insightful and helpful, before I ever even owned a slip here. This marina has a great community feel and has a serene peacefulness in the mornings.

This marina has the best location and Gulf access. Its kept up well and the Dock Master, Stewart, who has over 25 years of knowledge is very professional and helpful. Your boat is safe and secure here at Island Yacht Club.

This is the best marina in the area. I've had my boat here for about 5 years and I can't say enough great things about it. Stewart, the dock master, is not only helpful with whatever I need. He is friendly as well as professional, but also just a great human being to be around. The marina/club is clean and well maintained at all times. They have great amenities here, such as full bathrooms, laundry, fish filet station, screened in area with seating, TV, as well as a grill if you would like to cook out. They have a bicycle rack to store your bicycle if you want to go to Clearwater beach. The marina is 'gated' so to speak, so there aren't any random people coming around. I feel like my boat is secure and watched over when I'm not on it.
